Bubble Love

I was so excited to finally get to use this image yesterday as she is absolutely adorable. Technically, I think she is a Valentine's Day image but since I already missed that holiday. . . In any case, she is called Bubble Love and is from High Hopes Rubber Stamps, which for the one hundred and fifty-sixth time, (lol) is one of my all-time favorite companies.

The card itself is pretty simple. I CASED the sketch from Amy at Stampin' Stuff because I thought it was pretty cool and not something I would have come up with on my own. Truth be told, I have a tendency to always make my cards the same so I've been checking out a lot of sketch sites and other's people's blogs to get some different ideas. I colored her using my SU markers and used a spica glitter pen to sparkle up the bubbles, (which you can't see in the photo).

Another Woodland Santa

Have I mentioned recently how much I love this Woodland Santa image from High Hopes Rubber Stamps??? He is so simple to color and just plain cute (lol)!!

In any case, I coloured him using my SU markers and the DP is from the Dollarama - 25 sheets for $1 - WOW, right?

For Sale

It's that time again and I've been cleaning out my craftroom. The following items are in excellent condition; a few have hardly been used. All are in need of a good home. Buyer pays postage and I am more than happy to go to the post office and get a quote for anyone who is interested. In order to cut down on postage costs, I can also unmount any stamps you might want, (postage would then cost only 1 or 2 single stamps). No resonable offer will be refused. Please click on the pictures to see a larger image. Thanks for looking.

Little Missy

I made this card using another one of my brand new High Hopes Rubber Stamps images. Her name is Little Missy and I think she is adorable! I CASED the sketch for the card from Amy of Stampin' Stuff. I just recently discovered Amy's blog and it is absolutely fantastic; I highly recommend you hop over there and have a look around if you've never seen her blog.

The card itself is pretty simple. My image was coloured using my SU markers and all the cardstock is also from Stampin' Up. I used my stampin' dimensionals on Little Missy and the DP is from that amazing sale Kent had a few weeks ago. The brads are antique brass and were purchased at Michael's.

Juggles

I made this card in order to play along with the newest High Hopes Challenge, (#17) which was a sketch provided by the ever-talented Katharina. This image is named "Juggles" and, not surprisingly, is from High Hopes Rubber Stamps. I knew he was the image I wanted to use the moment I saw Katharina's sketch.

I coloured Juggles using my SU markers and got the DP on sale when Kent decided to stop selling scrapbooking supplies, (everything was 50% off and we all know none of us can resist a sale - lol)!! Both are very bright and colourful so I thought they would be perfect for this image. The ribbon, which has brightly coloured flowers on it, was given to me by a friend. The sentiment, "Magic Happens" is also from High Hopes. The cardtocks is all SU, rose red for the card base, tempting turquoise around Juggles and orchid opulence for the sentiment.

Woodland Santa

I know, it's another Christmas card, but I just can't seem to help myself, (lol). In any case, the image is from High Hopes Rubber Stamps which is one of my all-time favorite places to shop. Tina's images are incredible and adorable and so easy to color - I just love them!! This cutie is called "Woodland Santa" and is a new image I recieved a few weeks ago and finally got to play with. I CASED the sketch from somewhere but for the life of me, can't remember where, (oops). In any case, it wasn't solely my idea and I will try to do better next time and write these important details down.

I coloured him using my SU markers and used my new Spica pen to color the white parts of the hat, (thus adding loads of sparkles which you can't see in the picture - lol)!! I hand drew the ground in so it didn't look like he was floating around in the air. Incidentally, this is something I really should do more often with my images and the rest is pretty simple.
