Carol Singing Charlotte

I have yet another Christmas card for everyone today as I seem to have been on a role with these recently. The color combination was inspired by Kimmie from Kraftin' Kimmie's Korner, (they were just so pretty that I had to have them for my own - lol)! I also really liked the fact that it resulted in a Christmas card that wasn't the traditional red and green, (although I have one of those in the works as well). As for the stamp, it's one of the new Whiff Of Joy stamps by Katharina and is from her Charlotte and Charlie collection. O Christmas Tree!

Well, my mind seems to be in Christmas-land these days so, here is my latest creation. This was one of the very first stamps I bought and hasn't seen ink in awhile. I rather like it and may just have to make a few more cards with it before December comes and goes, (I've noticed that the days and weeks go by much faster with a newborn around - lol)!

Meowy Christmas

Here's another Christmas card that I finally finished. I watercoloured the cat using my SU stampin' spots and an acrylic piece. It's been a long time since I used this technique and I had forgotten how much I enjoyed it. It's funny how we get so caught up with our new toys, (in my case, my SU markers), and completely forget all the other stuff we learned and "just had to have" - (lol)!

Snowbunnybella

I know it's early to be making Christmas cards, but it generally takes me ages to make all the cards I need and with a new baby, well I figured the sooner I started the more chance I had of getting them to people in time for Christmas (this year - lol)!!

I received this beautiful card from Ila at Artfully Ila awhile ago but hadn't got around to taking a picture of it. I noticed today that she had posted it on her blog, so I snagged a copy of her picture so I could say thank you properly. The card, and a second envelope, were FILLED with Magnolia images that she stamped out for me to play with. I am so excited as we can't buy them locally so thanks a million Ila - you are amazing!!
